I have lived in St. Louis for most of my life. I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Kansas (I love the Jayhawks!!) My husband, Danny, and I have four children Dominic, Maya, Maria, and Beau.
I am also the president of a non-profit organization called, Teachers for a Better Belize. Our group supports education in the southern part of that country by doing teacher-training workshops in the rural villages and by supplying school books and supplies to fifty primary schools.
I have been teaching in Ladue for 26 years. I taught 1st and 2nd grades before becoming one of the gifted/enrichment teachers for Spoede. In my spare time I like to spend time with my large extended family and my friends, I love to travel and read.
